Jamie Howze is a 2023 OF/1B with a 6-2 180 lb. frame from Ellenwood, GA who attends Homeschool. Recorded a 7.01 60-yard dash. Primary outifelder with a lean and athletic frame with some present strength. Works to the ball with comfortable, natural actions. Fields ball off to his right side and stays under control throughout. Got on top of and through throws well while showing solid arm strength. Left-handed hitter and starts from a wide base and a high back elbow and hands. Uses a small leg lift to initiate swing and employs a controlled stroke. Bat path is short through the zone and found barrels often. Showed some jump to the middle part of the field and carry to the opposit field gap. Good student. Verbal commitment to Alabama State. Named to the National Underclass East Showcase Top Prospect List.
