Hughes Graham is a 2022 C/1B with a 6-3 195 lb. frame from Vidalia, GA who attends Vidalia Comprehensive. Recorded a 7.50 second sixty-yard dash time. Larger frame with well-proportioned lower half and present strength. Primary catcher with developing defensive skill set; receives from a side-saddled stance with two-hands, gaining some ground towards his target and exhibiting high energy. Displays fairly quick mid-line transfers, while recording arm strength up to 74 mph from behind the plate during drills. Will continue to improve with refinements mechanically. Right-handed hitter that hits from wider, slightly open stance with a tight hand set and hover trigger for timing. Incorporates deep hand load and rotational lower mechanics to get to launch, while exhibiting a slightly elongated swing path and developing bat-to-ball skills. Pull-side approach with aggressive intent. Will continue to improve with proper swing adjustments. Excellent Student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
