Kyle Hoog is a 2020 OF/3B with a 6-3 190 lb. frame from Jersey City, NJ who attends St. Peter's Preparatory. Big and projectable build with broad shoulders and present strength with even more room to fill moving forward. Ran a 4.73 second 40 yard dash. Primary outfielder, fields out front, takes extra steps at gather, should work on compact arm action, stays accurate to the bag, average arm strength, topped out at 80 mph from the outfield. Lefthanded hitter, slightly open stance with a high hand set and a high back elbow, leg lift trigger, weight sits on backside, should utilize a weight transfer for added strength and bat speed, hand hitch waggle at load, has some strength off the barrel when squared, stays balanced and has strength to swing but still needs refining at this time.
