Colin Sanders is a 2018 C/3B, P with a 5-11 200 lb. frame from Cumming, GA who attends North Forsyth. Medium frame with strong, sturdy build throughout body. Ran 60 yard dash in 7.74 seconds. Sets up to hit from tall, upright stance with low hand set, crouches back a bit in load, balanced throughout, mostly inside hand path with good bat speed, has power in swing generated by good strength, hit loud double in game play. Moves well behind the plate when catching, receives well and bounces into throw down mechanics, shows solid arm strength up to 75 MPH and pop times as low as 1.95 seconds. Pitched as well, Fastball worked 73-75 with solid arm side tail life, good extension out front on pitch, showed curveball with 12/6 shape and good depth, easy arm action and delivery overall. Did a good job throwing strikes. Very good student.
