Spencer Hamilton is a 2016 LHP with a 6-5 185 lb. frame from Colorado Springs, CO who attends The Classical Academy. Tall and lanky build, very long limbs, nice physical projection if he can get stronger. High 3/4's arm slot with good angle to the plate, gets downhill well and pitches to the bottom of the zone, compact arm action, has some deception in his delivery. Fastball consistently in the upper 70's, lots more in his arm, slider showed nice promise with good depth and shape, pounded the strike zone with both pitches. Should continue to improve and already does some things well. Good student.
