Zach Copenhaver is a 2018 C with a 6-2 195 lb. frame from Johnson City, TN who attends Science Hill HS. Recorded a 7.59 60-yard dash. Medium frame with some present strength on the build. Primary catcher who showed quick transfers and releases from behind the plate. Arm strength is developing and the throws down were mostly accurate. Also worked out in the outfield, throws were accurate and online. Did a good job at staying on top of the ball through his throws. Open stance at the plate with a big stride forward upon load. Flashed solid ability to barrel the baseball and make solid contact throughout the session. Great student.
