Elijah Abrams-Tweed is a 2018 OF/1B with a 6-1 205 lb. frame from Brooklyn, NY who attends Millennium High School. Medium build, athletic, lean frame, strength, and room to fill out physically. Posted a very impressive 6.88 time in the 60 yard dash. Primary outfielder, showed a long arm action, developing footwork, accuracy to the bag, and raw arm strength up to 78 mph. At the plate, started slightly open, with a crouched stance, with a high leg lift timing mechanism. Showed hand speed through his swing, inconsistent swing path, strength to lift the ball in air, with a pull side approach to contact. Additional rhythm and timing in his swing would allow for consistent hard contact. Has athleticism to continue to make strides at plate in future.
