Andrei Risko is a 2022 OF/1B with a 5-10 155 lb. frame from Suffern, NY who attends Suffern Senior. Medium and skinny frame with room to fill throughout. Ran a 7.51 second 60 yard dash. Primary outfielder, moves to the baseball with short steps, stride open with a glove pump at release, creates an uphill carry to his target, takes a long arm action into throws up to a high 3/4 arm slot, accurate throws that topped out at 78 mph from the outfield. Secondary first baseman, fields the ball out in front with a wide based gather, bounces off of the bag quickly with weight carried into throws, shows balance to actions. Righthanded hitter, wraps hands at load with a high leg lift trigger, shows some whip to the barrel with fluidity to path, showed a barrel feel and a line drive swing plane, middle to pull side approach. Great student.
