Luke McRae is a 2024 2B/RHP, C, 1B, 3B, SS, OF, UT with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from Canton, GA who attends Sequoyah. Tall, physical frame. 7.41 runner in the sixty-yard dash. Primary second baseman, corner profile, hands work to both sides, step by step actions getting to the spot, long arm action to a higher release point. Projects well at third base, recorded throws up to 81 mph. Right-handed hitter, medium base, high hands and high back elbow, small stride out into contact, worked hard to get the barrel inside the baseball and hit to the opposite field exclusively. Has some things to clean up but showed good strength off the barrel, recorded an exit velocity of 84 mph. Great student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
