Ethan Atchley is a 2024 RHP with a 6-1 170 lb. frame from Rockwall, TX who attends Rockwall-Heath. Primary RHP is a medium build with obvious projection left to build on his pitchability. He works out of a compact operation with good intent downhill gaining extension with fluid arm action and clean low 3/4 release. Fastball has heavy life with some late sink, he topped out at 81 flashing arm side run in the zone at times. Shows some younger use of quick movements as well as developing feel for a secondary mix for now. Overall good pieces in the delivery are coming together early and shows a lot of potential as he matures and develops. Good student.
