Danny Spierer is a 2024 3B/SS, UT with a 6-0 175 lb. frame from Fort Lee, NJ who attends Bergen Catholic. Long, lean build with tons of strength remaining to be added throughout his frame as he matures physically. 7.25-second runner during the sixty. Primary corner infielder, fields out in front with a deep funnel, showcasing clean glove actions as he worked through the ball. Flashed some range going to his left, changing slots on the move. Some arm strength to him as he worked up to 81 mph across the diamond. Secondary right-handed pitcher, worked efficiently during his one inning of work. Worked with a deliberate operation, getting down the slop well with a clean arm action as he comes from a high 3/4 slot. Worked fastball in all four quadrants of the zone, hitting his spots repeatedly. Still developing better feel for his breaking ball but the two-pitch mix certainly projects to get outs. Sat in the 77-80 mph range. Right-handed hitter, wide, balanced stance, with a high-hand set stance. Tight, compact hand speed, working his barrel flat through the zone, flashing some impact to the middle-of-the-field when on time. Tended to get stuck on his backside occasionally during his round.Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
