Hector Andrades is a 2020 RHP/OF with a 6-2 215 lb. frame from Bayamon, PR who attends Leadership Christian Academy. Large physical frame with good present strength. High leg lift gather, big hip turn, very long arm action in back with an equally long stride out front, arm can be late at times, has energy at release and tends to fall off hard to the first base side, complex multi-part delivery that is difficult to repeat. Very fast arm coming through, fastball topped out at 93 mph with hard arm side run at times. Slurve type breaking ball is not consistent yet. Very talented arm but will have to simplify his delivery in order to throw enough strikes and improve his secondary offerings. Verbal commitment to Bethune-Cookman.
