Lane Flamm is a 2018 RHP with a 5-10 150 lb. frame from New Richmond, OH who attends New Richmond HS. Slender young athletic build, lots of room to get stronger. Drop and drive mechanics, collapses his back side, has a quick arm and repeats his delivery well. Steady low 90's fastball, can get it to both sides of the plate and fills up the strike zone, mostly straight and lack plane and location will be very important. Quality slider with some tightness and sharpness to get off barrels, throws strikes with his slider as well. Challenges hitters with good stuff. Outstanding student, verbal commitment to Xavier.
