Logan Winkelman is a 2019 3B/RHP/1B with a 6-1 187 lb. frame from Fredericktown, MO who attends Fredericktown HS. Big and solid athletic build, good present strength. Right handed hitter, hits from wide base with a high hand start, has strength in his swing at contact with some bat speed, uphill swing plane, will hit the ball to all fields. 7.46 runner, arm strength is his best tool defensively, can throw from different arm angles and make the throws from third base, can speed up transfer and release. Also pitched, side step hand drop delivery, lands open with his front side, high 3/4's arm slot. Low 80's fastball topped out at 83 mph, showed good spin on a downer curveball with some depth. Good student.
