Pat McDonough is a 2019 3B/RHP, 1B with a 6-2 210 lb. frame from West Chester, PA who attends West Chester Bayard Rustin. Large frame with physical, strong build. Ran 60 yard dash in 8.03 seconds. Hands set close to body when hitting, stay close throughout creating compact path, moves in and shifts with lower half, short barrel through zone, flashed ability to square up line drives. Worked out in the infield, flashes clean hand actions, arm across clocked up to 75 mph. Also pitched, full back turn windup, collapses downhill, hides the ball well, fastball worked 73-76 mph primarily up in the zone. Showed good curveball with deep 12/6 shape; also worked in slider with horizontal bite. Excellent student.
