Christian Gordon is a 2019 LHP/ with a 6-0 180 lb. frame from Monroe, VA who attends Liberty Christian Academy. Medium frame with athletic build; primary lefthanded pitcher. Loads well into back hip, plunges through back of arm stroke, hides the ball well, creates angle from tight three quarters slot release, fastball worked 82-86 mph with aforementioned angle, gets fastball to both sides, crossfire delivery, worked in slider with sharp/late bite, held velocity well and filled up the zone, tunneled both pitches well, very uncomfortable at-bat, good overall performance. Named to 2018 Atlantic Coast Showcase Top Prospect List, verbally committed to Liberty.
