Caleb Dicks is a 2017 2B/ with a 5-11 150 lb. frame from Bondurant, IA who attends Des Moines East High School. Lean build with room to fill out. Hits from an open stance, slight wrap to start swing, has good swing plane with mid field contact. Shows bat speed with an aggressive swing. Does good job keeping hands inside baseball with good balance and extension through ball. Uses whole field and has feel for hitting. Defensively, quiet approach to ball with a clean transfer and release. Glove works well and projects defensively with his footwork and hands. Good Student.
