Sean McCall is a 2023 RHP/3B/OF with a 6-1 190 lb. frame from Boynton Beach, FL who attends Elev8 Sports Institute. Athletic build with good lower half strength. Controlled delivery with a short stride down the mound, clean on line arm action with a low effort release, repeats his mechanics very well. Fastball topped out at 84 mph, mostly straight but commanded very well to both sides of the plate. Curveball is a solid pitch with good 11/5 shape and spin, also showed nice feel for a straight change up. Very smooth mechanics and an advanced ability to throw strikes, especially from the wind up. Definitely projects to keep getting better. Good student. Named to the Fall Top Prospect National Showcase Top Prospect Team.
