Cameron Johnson is a 2018 RHP/ with a 6-4 185 lb. frame from Winter Garden, FL who attends Lake Minneola HS. Extra-large frame with a lengthy and physically projectable build. Primary righthanded pitcher with long arms and a strong lower half. Long arm action with a balanced overall delivery and threw from a mid three-quarter arm slot. Good extension down the mound and generates very good drive off the backside. Good arm speed and repeats his delivery well. Gets some rising life on the fastball. Quick leg lift and the fastball also has good heavy life when located low in the strike zone. Flashed a 10/4 breaking ball that showed good break to it on occasion. Maintained velocity and composure throughout the outing. Quick tempo and got into a good rhythm while working his two-pitch mix. Great student.
