Zac Vooletich is a 2018 C/MIF with a 5-10 180 lb. frame from Fair Oaks Ranch, TX who attends Brandeis. Medium frame with a strong, athletic build. Projects for additional strength while maintaining athleticism. Ran a 6.86 sixty-yard dash. Primary catcher with a low, athletic stance while setting up to receive. Gains ground out of crouch with fundamentally sound footwork. Clean glove circle and transfer while working through transition and released from a three-quarters arm slot. Throws generated accurate on line carry topping at 75 miles per hour, best workout pop time of 2.06. Right handed hitter with a balanced stance. Shifts into contact well with lower half. Direct hand path to contact and worked through extension on a naturally leveraged plane. Present bat speed with strength at contact and produced hard, loud contact to the pull side gap when turning barrel to baseball. Excellent student. Named to the 2017 West Academic Showcase Top Prospect List.
