Justin Josey is a 2018 OF/ with a 5-8 160 lb. frame from Decator, GA who attends Southwest Dekalb High School. Smaller frame with an athletic build and room to continue to develop physically. Posted a 7.18 time in the 60 yard dash and moved well down the line in games. Primary outfielder, longer arm action with accuracy and developing arm strength. At the plate, started slightly open with a handset away from his body and a toe tap timing mechanism. Showed some bat speed with a smooth plane through the zone and intent to drive the ball. Contact will improve with added strength and lower half incorporation. Also pitched, longer arm action and missed barrels with a 62-64 mph fastball in a three pitch inning.
