Addison Stockham is a 2023 1B/LHP/OF with a 5-11 160 lb. frame from Lexington, KY who attends Sayre. Medium, square shouldered frame with long limbs and a projectable build with room to grow physically. Ran an 8.72 60-yard dash. Primary first baseman, fields the ball close to body with some bend at waist, works into a short arm action and remains compact through release, accuracy on throws, can continue to implement additional footwork through the ball and release. Lefthanded hitter, begins with an even stance and a high hand set and back elbow in the box; loads hands back at start, incorporates lower half well. Long swing path through the zone with a linear swing plane, contact oriented approach. Puts the ball in play and can work to all fields, can incorporate additional extension into swing, bat speed projects with added strength.
