Carlos Pena is a 2021 OF/RHP/1B with a 6-3 210 lb. frame from Bayside, NY who attends Salisbury. Big and strong well proportioned athletic build. Moves well for his size, 6.94 in the sixty, has solid actions in the outfield with athleticism through the ball and a loose and full arm action. Left handed hitter, hits from an open side stance, long and strong loose swing with very good raw bat speed, has lift out front and plenty of extension, pull to mid field contact with some jump off the barrel, plenty of future power potential. Has been into the low 90's off the mound before but did not pitch at this event. Good student, verbal commitment to Missouri.
