2022 Sunshine Rocky Mountain Showcase (Tues/Wed)
Jack Perotti is a 2024 LHP/OF with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Parker, CO who attends Legend. Small frame athletic build. Ran the 60-yard dash in 7.47 seconds. Primary left-handed pitcher, throws from the stretch with a short side step, showed the ability to mix up the delivery to keep the hitters off balanced. The fastball sat 80-82 mph with good life, threw a lot of strikes and attacked hitters early, worked best at the bottom of the zone.Paired the fastball with a 1/7 shaped curveball at 71 mph, was able to consistently throw it for a strike generating weak contact outs. Displayed great body control, showing off his athleticism and ability to move on the mound. Has an advanced skill set and mentality for his age, had a good outing and consistently repeated his mechanics. Excellent student.Was named to the Sunshine Rocky Mountain Showcase Top Prospect List.
