Liam Brogan is a 2020 OF/RHP with a 6-1 175 lb. frame from San Diego, CA who attends Torrey Pines HS. Medium frame with a lean, athletic build. Frame projects for additional strength. Primary outfielder with smooth paced footwork while closing to and working through the baseball. Clean glove actions at pick up and worked through exchange well. Loose arm circle at take back and released from a three-quarters slot. Throws generated on line carry to the bag topping at 80 miles per hour. Right handed hitter with an even, balanced stance and simple leg lift trigger. Shifts into contact well with linear lower half actions. Loose hand path to contact with a level, line drive barrel plane. Flashed some leverage through the zone when attack the baseball out front. Primarily looked to work to the middle of the field with a gap to gap approach. Excellent student as well.
