Cooper Hardee is a 2020 2B/RHP, OF, UT with a 5-9 160 lb. frame from Buford, GA who attends Buford. Medium and lean frame with room to add strength. Ran a 7.63 second 60 yard dash. Primary second baseman who took reps in the infield taking long strides to the baseball, sits mostly back on the baseball fielding it cleanly out in front, loose arm into throws with average arm strength and some carry to the bag, topped out at 76 mph from across the diamond. Also pitched, mostly low effort delivery, loose arm action up to a 3/4 arm slot, gets extended at release, stays smooth and balanced throughout windup, could get more from his lower half for additional velocity, fastball topped out at 78 mph with occasional life to arm side. Righthanded hitter, wide base with a balanced stance to start, loads with a big leg kick trigger, compact swing with developing bat speed, could work on repeating leg lift for more consistent timing purposes, did spray line drives to all fields, will improve with proper repetitions.
