Alejandro Espiritu Rosario is a 2018 LHP with a 6-0 165 lb. frame from San Juan, PR who attends Colegio Angel David. Nice young pitcher's build, projects well physically. Free wheeling delivery with a big leg raise and long arm action, shows the ball in back, arm tends to be late coming through, very extended 3/4's release point. Mid-70's fastball, topped out at 77 mph, almost all fastballs are arm side, will have to keep front side closed longer to be able to reach glove side, fastball mostly straight. Has good feel for his slider, has some depth to it and should throw it more often, slider is his best pitch. Developing change up. Good student.
