Dylan Dickert is a 2020 RHP/IF with a 6-1 171 lb. frame from Knoxville, TN who attends Seymour HS. Lean athletic frame, long arms, projects well physically. High leg raise delivery with good gather over the rubber, has good rhythm and tempo and repeats his mechanics well, 3/4's arm slot. Fastball topped out at 85 mph, gets good plane on his fastball, gets good running action at times and is not afraid to come inside with the pitch, can work fastball to both sides of the plate. Maintains arm speed well on his curveball, gets tight spin and good depth with it. Will keep improving on the mound as he gets stronger. Right handed hitter, hits from a straight stance with a short swing, hands stay tight to his body, line drive contact. Third base actions and tools defensively, shows good arm strength with carry across the diamond, fields out front with soft hands. Good student.
