Bayron Lopez is a 2020 C/2B, 3B with a 5-6 135 lb. frame from Brooklyn, NY who attends Salisbury. Medium frame with slender, young present build; good projection remaining. Sets up to hit from even-based stance with big leg lift trigger, wraps hands deep into load, line drive swing plane with good plate coverage skills and whole-field approach, consistently made solid contact. Worked out behind the plate, receives well out front and hops into throwing mechanics, gains some ground forward, showed good accuracy to 2nd base. Very good student.
