Ben Schorr is a 2020 C with a 6-0 185 lb. frame from Columbus, GA who attends Columbus. Medium athletic build with some present strength and room for more. Has very nice athletic quickness and balance behind the plate, very repeatable and compact actions, soft and smooth hands receiving the ball, good arm strength and makes accurate throws, has the potential to be a standout defensively at the next level. Right handed hitter, leg lift trigger with inconsistent toe taps in his timing, will need to make adjustments to become more consistent, upper body rotational swing, line drive swing plane. Good student, verbal commitment to Auburn.
