Johnny Jobin is a 2021 C/2B, SS, MIF, UT with a 5-9 145 lb. frame from Ft. Myers, FL who attends Canterbury. Compact and young frame with plenty of room to fill out and continue to grow with time to do so. Ran a 7.78 second 60 yard dash. Primary catcher, clean and quick exchange coming out of an even crouched stance, footwork plays nicely into release carrying weight to target, developing am strength with accurate throws to the right side of the second base bag, 2.00 second best pop time. Righthanded hitter, sets up with a high hand set and a high back elbow, hands hitch at load, inside hand path to the baseball with a direct downhill plane, opposite field approach at present, will improve with additional strength to the frame. Good student.
