Gavin Baldwin is a 2021 OF/RHP, 3B with a 6-4 210 lb. frame from Nashville, IL who attends Nashville Comm. Recorded a 7.41 second 60-yard dash time. Large frame with broad shoulders and some well-proportioned strength throughout. Primary outfielder who rounds the ball nicely and fields it deeply. Good arm strength recorded up to 88 mph and throws with some effort. Smooth funnel to the throwing hand and moves his weight forward nicely. Righthanded hitter with a big hanging leg lift, even base, and hands drift through the load. Longer swing path and gets extended out in front nicely to create some impact at contact. Leverage to the path with big power to the pull side. Enough strength and leverage to give consistent power to the pull side. Good student.
