Tyler Shinn is a 2020 C/RHP/OF with a 6-1 175 lb. frame from Woolwich Township, NJ who attends Gloucester Catholic HS. Recorded a 7.46 60-yard dash. Has a medium frame with room to add strength to the frame. Primary catcher who gains ground and throws were online and he threw downhill. Very clean round and showed foot quickness. Worked out in the outfield where he was quick to the ball and threw from a shorter arm action. Throws were online and accurate. High hand set with a big stride to create separation at the plate. Spread open to start and shifts weight well through the point of contact. Fly ball oriented approach and flashed bat speed. Showed the ability to use all fields.
