Joseph Cerda is a 2021 3B/OF with a 6-0 190 lb. frame from Miami, FL who attends Miami Christian HS. Recorded a 7.50 second 60-yard dash time. Strong frame with some present physicality throughout. Primary third baseman with a quick first step and a whippy arm. Solid range to either side with arm strength recorded up to 81 mph across the diamond. Righthanded hitter with a high hand set, high back elbow, and easy bat speed. Direct path to contact with good strength in his wrists. Ball jumps off the barrel with good strength at the point of extension. Good lift to the swing plane with impact present and good carry off the barrel to either gap. Good student.
