Nomar Louis Rosario Méndez is a 2021 RHP/3B with a 5-11 180 lb. frame from Fajardo, PR who attends IBAHS. Medium frame with a stocky build. Ran a 7.81 second sixty yard dash. Primary Righthanded Pitcher, showing smooth mechanics that are free and easy. Quick toe tap and lift to a belt high leg lift. Drop and drive actions. Longer arm action as he delivered from a high three-quarter slot. Working very quickly as he went on to fill up the strikezone. Fastball was up to 79 MPH with some arm side run. Changeup mixed in that he landed for strikes. Righthanded Hitter, starting from a relaxed stance with quiet hands. Throwing hands at the baseball with a linear swing path. Steep plane to the baseball. Proved he can spray the baseball around the park. Great Student.
