Joseph Quelch is a 2019 C/RHP, 3B with a 5-11 180 lb. frame from Clinton, MD who attends Bishop Mcnamara HS. Recorded a 7.26 second 60-yard dash time. Well-built frame physically with broad shoulders and strength throughout. Primary catcher who gains ground well from a fast arm. Accurate throws with deliberate overall actions and would benefit from more fluidity in the motion. Secondary infielder with quality athleticism. Smooth fielding actions with arm strength registered up to 79 mph across. Strong, accurate throws across with a clean gather and exchange. Secondary righthanded pitcher with a simple rocker step into a short leg lift below the belt. Short arm circle with a higher three-quarter arm slot. Lands online with an open toe and has slight recoil to the delivery. Works to both sides well and threw a ton of strikes. Righthanded hitter with a high hand set and high back elbow. Strides well into contact from a narrow base and swings with intent. Simple trigger into swing with a lot of pull side line drives. Flashed bat speed out in front with good leverage to the pull side.
