Satoru Blanco Murakoshi is a 2018 SS/IF with a 5-7 143 lb. frame from Miami, FL who attends Santo Tomas De Aquino HS. Small framed athlete with plenty of room to grow and mature physically that brings energy to the field. On the mound and showed a smooth delivery, compact arm action, and over the top release point. Straight fastball with tilt at 74 to 76 miles per hour. Good depth and control of 12/6 curveball at 62mph kept hitters off balance. On the infield showed good footwork to the ball, good fielding position, quick transition and threw accurately. At the plate has a square stance and active barrel for rhythm. No load starts the swing with stride forward, stride separates to launch position, and has good barrel path. Has quick lower half that generates bat speed and has good feel for contact.
