Simaree Lewis is a 2020 OF/2B with a 5-11 150 lb. frame from Murfreesboro, TN who attends Blackman. Flashed a medium frame with lean, athletic build showing some room to fill down the road. Projectable build. Ran a 6.77 second sixty yard dash. Primary Outfielder who moves well to the ball with a safe, fundamental two hand gather and transfer. Slows momentum into throws. Raw tools to work with showing to be very athletic. Righthanded hitter starting with an open stance with a spread out stance. Uphill swing plane while getting linear at times with a middle to pull side approach while showing some bat speed. Quick hands throwing the barrel at the baseball. Simple approach showing to be aggressive, ready to hit. Outstanding Student.
