Jacob Talbott is a 2024 3B/RHP/MIF with a 6-0 180 lb. frame from Yorba Linda, CA who attends Yorba Linda. Athletic build with some present strength and room for plenty more. Right handed hitter, hits from a still start with limited lower half shift into contact, top hand dominant swing, consistent pull side line drive contact, showed an accurate and on time barrel and the ball come off the barrel hard, young hitter with some bat speed who can continue to improve with adjustments to his swing approach. 7.64 runner in the sixty. Showed good feel for his glove in the infield on defense, fields the ball cleanly with a good funnel out front, has some quickness in his feet and stays balanced well, compact arm action, will be solid at third base defensively as he continues to mature physically. Good student.
