Blake Amicone is a 2018 MIF/OF with a 5-10 155 lb. frame from Oldsmar, FL who attends East Lake HS. The middle infielder has a medium frame, lean build, and is an above average runner. On the infield he displays good actions, fields with good technique and posture, works through the ball with a good transfer, has a strong arm and threw accurately. At the plate he stands with a narrow stance and hands high above the shoulder. Loads hands deep behind the shoulder allowing him to be in the zone for a long time, displayed impressive strength at contact for his size, used the whole field at the plate. Great student.
