2023 Florida Workout Showcase (Friday)
Justin Williams is a 2026 SS/2B with a 5-10 170 lb. frame from Gainesville, FL who attends F. W. Buchholz. A bigger frame with a medium build. Ran a 7.16 60-yard dash. Primary middle infielder who moves well with a clean funnel through the middle. The arm made clean throws across at 78 mph with a good funnel into the throw. Overall clean round of reps in the infield. Made solid throws on the run as well. A right-handed hitter with a wider base, open feet, and high hands with the back elbow up. Had a couple of nice pokes back up the middle, showing a good feel for the barrel and the ability to drive the ball on a line. Good turns and does a good job rotating through the swing to produce good results. Great student.
