Nathaniel Tyree is a 2023 OF/RHP with a 5-8 140 lb. frame from Madison Heights, VA who attends Liberty Christian Academy. Clocked a 7.06-second 60-yard dash time. Compact, athletic build with strength remaining to be added throughout his frame. Primary outfielder, flashed some athletic actions working to the ball. Clean glove work, fielding out in front. On-line, accurate throws with some present arm strength, up to 76 mph. Could improve by carrying momentum through and get his body behind his throws more. Right-handed hitter, wide, even stance with a high back elbow and high-hand set. Lofted swing plane with compact bat speed, getting the barrel to the point of contact quickly. Flashed some feel for the barrel with impacted line drives to the gaps. Good student.
