Jake Maske is a 2020 OF with a 6-0 170 lb. frame from Silver Spring, MD who attends Dematha Catholic HS. Medium and athletic frame with continued room to fill out physically. Ran a 7.35 second 60 yard dash. Primary outfielder, comes to the baseball fielding it out front, shuffles into release using extra shuffles at time for additional balance at release, arm works well through the back with average arm strength, topped out at 80 mph from the outfield. Lefthanded hitter, sets up to hit with an open stance, begins swing with a leg lift trigger, properly uses his lower half shifting into contact, swings with intent and effort to drive the baseball, showcased present bat speed, worked the baseball to all fields, will improve with additional reps and adjustments to barrel ability. Good student.
