Joel Dragoo is a 2021 3B/SS with a 6-2 185 lb. frame from Beckville, TX who attends Northside Christian Academy. Large frame with square shoulders and present strength throughout build that can support more. Ran a 7.14 second 60-yard dash. Worked out defensively as a primary third baseman. Looks to get around the ball and work to the bag. Fields out in front with a funnel in. Longer exchanges into a lower three-quarter release. Creates harder carry to the bag topping out at 85 MPH. Righthanded hitter with a wide stance and higher hand set. Creates solid bat speed through the zone on a line drive plane. Strength plays well when working to the middle of the field. Good student as well.
