Jake Finnegan is a 2025 SS/3B/OF with a 6-1 170 lb. frame from Jupiter, FL who attends Jupiter. Recorded a 7.79 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop with an athletic frame and a high waist. Displayed clean actions and excellent lateral range. Moved to glove side with comfort and showed the ability to changed slots and throw accurately across the diamond. Also worked out in the outfield and rounded the ball well and fielded with two hands. Employed a shuffle step to throw, showing quality arm strength, up to 80 mph on throws from the outfield. Right-handed hitter and starts with a medium base, even feet, and an upright stance. Employs a minimal hand load and impacted the ball with strength to the hands out front. Turned tightly with hand speed and consistently produced line drives. Hit tool carried into game as he continued to find barrels with regularity. Excellent student.
