Justin Frias is a 2022 SS/2B, 3B with a 5-7 160 lb. frame from Winter Garden, FL who attends West Orange. Compact frame with a lean build. Frame projects to support additional strength. Primary shortstop with clean, athletic footwork while ranging for and surrounding the baseball. Funnels out front and stays low while working through the baseball. Primarily released from a three-quarters arm slot but flashed the ability to throw with accuracy from multiple arm slot while on the run, topped at 74 miles per hour. Right handed hitter with a balanced, slightly open stance and simple leg lift trigger. Works to contact with rotational lower half actions. Deep hand load and worked to baseball with a loose hand path. Utilized a slightly lifted barrel plane through extension. Primarily looked to created lift and drive the ball between the gaps.
