Andrew Barrett is a 2022 SS/OF with a 5-7 160 lb. frame from Debary, FL who attends University. He ran a 7.52 second sixty. A primary short stop with a smaller athletic build. On the infield he works under control to the baseball with good glove presentation as he receives the ball well out front with confidence making accurate throws with developing arm strength. In the outfield he showed good carry on his throws from a short arm action as he carries his momentum well into the throws. Right-handed hitter, starts with a wider base and high hand set, the bat path works on a lofted path through the hitting zone impacting the ball best to the opposite field. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
