Ryan Agosto is a 2019 LHP/OF with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from San Diego, CA who attends Serra HS. Medium athletic build. Slightly cross body delivery with good deception and a loose, easy arm, low effort release from a high 3/4's arm slot. Low 80's fastball, topped out at 83 mph, has lots of life to his fastball with good downhill angle, works both sides of the strike zone. Nice curveball with good depth and 1/7 sharpness. Some feel for a change up. Can throw all his pitches for strikes and has an advanced idea how to pitch. Right handed hitter, hits from a spread straight stance with a limited load, upper body rotational swing from a low hand start, line drive middle of the field approach, swings hard and looks to impact the ball. 7.05 runner, showed good strength and athleticism in the outfield. Good student.
