Andruw Householder is a 2021 OF/ with a 5-11 159 lb. frame from Temecula, CA who attends Great Oak. Large build with room to still fill out as he develops. Primary outfielder, approaches the ball well and fields off to the side. Reads the ball well and creates a lot of leverage on his throws to all bags. Arm strength will continue to develop nicely along side his build. At the plate, uses an upright and slightly crouched stance with a hanging leg lift trigger. Weight shift finishes out in front as he throws his hands through the zone. Consistently works his hands inside the baseball and creates line drive contact from a flat barrel plane through the zone. Excellent student in the classroom as well.
