Frank Micallef is a 2021 C/RHP, 3B with a 6-1 205 lb. frame from Tampa, FL who attends Wharton. He ran a 7.52 second sixty. A primary catcher with a large physical frame. behind the plat he starts with a square stance, gets the lower half going early with a slight reach for the ball, gains some ground into his throws with decent carry on the throws from a taller throwing position with a 1.95 second pop time. Right-handed hitter, starts with a wide base and transfers his weight onto the front side at contact, looks to get the ball into the air and will do some more frequently with his chest behind the baseball at the point of contact. Excellent student.
